For the odometer...press and HOLD the trip reset (about 5 seconds) and it will switch between miles/kilometers.

 

This is good info on the climate control issue from C to F, it worked for me. But is this supposed to be done each time the truck is shut off and turned back on again? Is there some sort of memory that the unit has to retain the Fairenheit setting? mine lacks any such memory and reverts to the default mode Celcius each time I shut the truck down, like shutting down the truck erases the setting.
