Default Center Console 12V Outlet Switched?

Does anyone know off the top of their head if the 12V outlet on the center console is switched or is it always on? I'm fighting an excessive current draw on my battery, which isn't horrible, but I don't drive the truck all that often so it does wear the battery down. I'm looking at one of those solar trickle chargers and it would be super convenient if I could just plug it in the center console outlet. If not, I've got another option I could do but it wouldn't be quite as easy.

Yes, it is a switched outlet. But I re-wired it years ago to be always on so that I could remove the key and leave my phone to charge while away from the truck on Boy Scout trips. I just ran a wire over to the fuse panel under the steering wheel and used an Add-a-Circuit fuse tap on an unswitched circuit.

Thanks, that's what I thought. Like I said, I've got another way I can wire it in that won't be a big headache because I preinstalled some extra capacity when I wired up my auxiliary power system (in case of crap like this!). It won't be hard to swap the wire over to the main battery instead of the aux battery.
