1) disco 2 with transfer case fitted with differential lock
2) disco 2 w/o central diff lock but fitted with rear axle ARB Lock

when going muddy road, which one above perform better? My disco 2 doesnt have any above. I need to get one for fun. pls advise.

Disco2 petrol 4.0 (4HP22) transfer case = disco2 Td5 transfer case (LT230 tranny), are the transfer case compatible with each other?

imo, center diff lock is first priority. your traction control and center diff will work great, together. then add lockers in axle diffs, if you decide that you need more.

if you don't lock the center, your truck will send all the power to 1 front wheel if you lock the rear

tranny 4H22P transfer case can fit on tranny LT230 transfer case? In USA, got plenty of transfer case with differential lock but these come from disco 4.0 fitted with 4H22ptranny. However, in my country, there is TD5 with Lt230 tranny.

pls advise

LT230 is the transfer case, ZF or R380 is the transmission

Could be, that is an LT230 but there are several generations of them. Gearing ratios include 1.03:1 all the way up to 1.6:1
