Default Cerrone's in Redwood City

I know that many of you have used Cerrone's for parts but has anyone ever taken their land rover there. I live in the Palm Springs area and was looking for a good mechanic to work on my headgaskets. I called Cerrones and they quoted me 2500-2800 depending on what all needs to be changed. He saidthat they have heads and valves there ready to go. So it would only take 2 days because he won't have to send anything out.He alsosaid they would swap out the plugs and wires with magnecores and +4s. Does this sound like a good deal or does anyone know someone else in Southen California that does good work. Thank you for your responses.

I only take my truck to Cerrone's, but they are in Redwood City. You may want to look for someone a little closer unless you plan to be up this way anyways.

I have used and permoted Tony for years, they take good care of their customers, may not be quite the cheapest shop around but their work is done right the first time.
