Default Chasing CEL....

I have been battling with a blinking CEL for weeks now. It originally started after some service. First I did a Sea Foam treatment in the gas tank, through the throttle body and into the oil. Second about 10 days later I changed the oil and filter and serviced the tranny per the sticky. I then replaced the plugs with Bosch plugs Autozone part number 9652. I was waiting on the wires to come in. I immediately got misfire codes for all 8 cylinders. Once the wires came in I got codes for only a cylinder #7 misfire P307 and a low Mass air. So I replaced the Mass Air Sensor and air filter. I then got the P1319 code and P307 cylinder #7 misfire. So I did the old run it in the dark and saw the light show that was my voltage loss through my wires. Now I have installed the STI wires and still have the P307 code. The P1319 code disappeared. The truck has a terrible idle and no power off the line at all. The only thing I did notice is that above 3000 rpm the CEL stops blinking. It stays on but stops blinking. Only other thing wrong is a descent exhaust leak somewhere on the driver's side. Haven't been able to find that yet. Any ideas what my next steps might be?? Fuel filter? Fuel pump? O2 sensors were change at 70K. Just don't want to keep chasing my tail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

So you think the old Mass Flow wasn't bad, could be just been the wires?

I am trying to rule things out. Putting the old MAF back and checking again can either remove the MAF from the equation or point directly to it

Was the misfire before or after you replaced the plugs ?

Sounds like it was after ? If so remove that plug and install it in another cylinder to see if code follows
also recheck if your wires are going to each cylinder correctly it's easy to mess up
next would be the coils when you changed wires did you push the wire into the coil correctly ??

The misfire started after the sea foam treatment but I was due for plugs and wires anyway. I have triple checked the wire order and that they are in all the way. I will replace the old MAF tomorrow and get back to you. Thanks.
