Chassis Ground Location

Question Chassis Ground Location

Where is Chassis ground location? Please tell me that it is not that one piece of sheet metal 10 inches away from the negative battery cable.

Those are the body grounds.
Follow the negative battery cable from the battery to the other end. That's the chassis ground.

Are you talking about the engine block because the negative battery cable terminates at the engine block?

Yeah, sorry, I forgot on the DII it goes to the block. On the D1 it goes to the chassis, then there's one from the chassis to the block at the starter.
