Default Cheap Ebay Cats?

Wondering if anyone has experience with these or similar $300 cats from ebay. Getting 0420 & 0430 codes, after about 100 miles of driving. Hoping to keep old girl going for cheap. Worth a try?

No experience but I would love to know how these turn out if you end up buying and installing!

I bought them last year. Yes they are cheap and fit but mine are starting to get loud like a exhaust leak
I have smoke tested for leaks but nothing
I had the disco at a landy shop recently and asked them to look at it. They told me the cats are loud and noisy

I bought the magnaflow cats from summit racing. Cost a bit more but: Perfect fit, stainless, no issues. Note that they have several part numbers for the same unit. I bought the cheaper one after talking with the sales rep...

I purchased Davico aftermarkets for my previous D2. I’m not sure who manufactures the ones in your link. They’re two piece. Interesting. That will certainly help if your installing without a lift. i.e. your driveway.

The fitment offered from the Davico unit was “okay” at best. A bit of physical manipulation and help from a big hammer they bolted in place. Quality wise, they held up for a couple years, before my D2 was involved in a wreck and totaled out.

I hear positive reviews about the magnaflow units.

This is disappointing but not super surprising. Louder is definitely not the vibe I'm going for...
