This is the one sitting on the dash in mine, been on for a year and a half flawless, with a tiny solar panel attached in its back that keeps it charged. Have replaced its AAA only once since. Probe is inserted in the throttle body warmer hose, which is the engine outlet.

Yep, fairly new outfit to me. I've been using half a dozen Chinese suppliers for about 8 years now depending on the goods and prices including delivery.
