I'm entertaining buying a 2003 Discovery SE but getting into Land Rover's would be an entirely new endeavor for me.

I'd like to have a good land rover repair shop look it over before I purchased it so I know if it has the overheating problems or any other major concerns.

Sorry to ask a question on my first post - but can you guys recommend any mechanics or repair shops that more or less specialize in Land Rovers?

Definitely can recommend Glen at the Euro Shop in Lake Villa. We take both of our LR's there and he KNOWS these trucks! Great guy

 

There used to be a great LR home mechanic in Evanston but this was back in '03.
