Hi,

I have a 2002 D2.
In the owners manual, I saw that there should be 3 tether points. 2 in in back of the second row seats, and 1 above the back door. (picture attache)


In my car, I have it 2 plastic caps on the back of the seat, and no center tether point.

Do you have such points? Maybe someone can take a picture of the 3 points?

No anchor points under the 2 black caps in the rear seat backs?

 

Doesn't look like there's something underneath, I'll take another look.

But I'm mainly interested in the central tether point, which is supposed to be above the back door.
I took of the plastic cover, but there's no anchor point behind it.

 

Should be spots on the back of the seat and then hooks down near the bottom on each side to secure the front part of a child seat clip. 99-01 didn't have anything. Maybe your 02 is a late 01 build so it doesn't have em.

 

The hooks on the bottom of the seats, does exist. This is why I assume that the top tether should be there also, or at list a place to retrofit one
