Default chlunking noise from left front wheel

i have a 98 with 115000 miles an i have achlunking/vibrating from the left front wheel from a dead stop,more so if i tow or have a heavy foot!

Not too sure exactly what you mean, but I would suspect the front driveshaft if it is the original one. Any clunk when accelerating or vibrations in the steering wheel sounds like a u-joint.

Check your front left CV.
