Clicking noise at speed of car

Haven't had much time to work on the truck, did Jack up the front and check both front wheel bearings for play, they felt good. I spun the wheels as fast as I could by hand but couldn't recreate the click.

Does the 'clicking' noise happen at tick over when stationary when the engine is hot after a run? or is it only present when moving and speeds up with the truck road speed? Does it 'click' if free-wheeling in neutral? find a hill and try it out but FFS don't go into P park, go from D to N.
