Default clicking relay problems

So my disco has given me another electrical problem today. The right hand turn signals no longer work. When I try to activate them I hear the relay click 3-4 times rapidly and then nothing happens. I have a feeling that my fuse box is dying because it makes the same sound as the relay that used to control my daytime running lights. I eventually just pulled the fuse for those because I didn't want to fix it. I have also had to wire around the fuse box for my front and rear Blower motors because the circuit had melted from the heat.

I should also mention that I have already tried switching out the relay and that didn't do a thing.

Any help on how to fix my turn signals would be appreciated..

Probably a bad ground.
Take a look around the rover at the turn signals make sure all the bulbs are working.
I know this does not matter with a relay.
You probably have things melting as a ground is missing.
Check that the strap from the ENGINE HEAD on the driver's side goes to the firewall!!!
Braided strap.
Also ---
Check that your emergency brake cable is NOT heating up.
you may be getting a ground through that from chassis to engine/ transmission unit.

OK one more..
around the thermostat side - against the engine there are A BUNCH of wires
travelling through there.
These are strapped to the engine with tie wraps or a clamp and from looking down from up top they are a bit hard to get to.
But in the front right corner of the engine.

When I did the heads I cleaned all those UP on my truck.
But, I think there were some ground there too.
I would check those.

thanks I will check this first thing in the morning. Why would a ground make the relay click? When I said rapid I was talking like 20hz kinda rapid, and not just a little faster then normal.
