Default Clunk sound any ideas??!

Ok today i got in my truck and when i started to accelerate i heared and felt a clunk sound under my feet. It only happens when I put my truck in park let it sit and than into drive and a few seconds later clunk! It doesn't always do it maybe 5 out of 10 times. ?????? Just added tranny fluid. Could it be my front drive shaft?

It's a Rover. Completely normal

Mine clunks when accelerating/decelerating above ~ 35 mph. I'm not sure if it's in the Tranny or TC. It's not the prop-shaft, that's brand spanking new. Literally, just installed a GBR shaft an hour ago.
