Codes in Ky
I have the current codes on a 2004 disco. p0130 p0174 p0150 p0171 p0101 p0327
I have installed new Bosch o2 sensors , new maf sensor, new 8mm plug wires, new double platinum plugs, new injectors and new coil packs. I have searched for a vacuum leak and could not find one. There are no exhaust leaks. I cleaned all of the electric plugs I could find. Help please!

Ok. Hard to believe all those parts would be bad out of the box. Seems to me you might have a common electrical/fuse problem as an underlying problem. Let's see if @Extinct @Sixpack577 @Best4x4 or @XRAD might have more detail. I just a noob trying to learn but the electrical stuff is outside my experience.
I have checked all of the fuses, none are blown. Checked the passenger side o2 plug with a volt meter and getting 12 volts there. I am stumped because I get close to 24 volts on two of the other wires in the o2 plug.
Even though we deal with these alot, I doubt most of us have the codes memorized. Good idea to post the reasons for each code in a list format like this:
1. Code #1 - explanation
2. Code #2 - etc.
That said, there are several places to start given the parts you replaced. Bosch sensors are known to come out of the box bad. The oxygen sensors have 4 wires, two for a simple resistance heater circuit, two for the output voltage from the sensor. The rave shows the wire colors.
You should get a low cost elm327 off of Amazon to use with the torque app on Android. The app will chart oxygen sensor voltage. It should be near 1 volt on startup, then start cycling as the engine warms up. If it does not do that, we need to know how it differs from that profile.
