water pump has inner and outer seal. there is a weep hole in between the two. if inner seal goes that weep hole will leak, serving as a warning. look there = if looking at pump it is on left side.

You need to pressure test the cooling system. You can rent a pressure tester at an auto parts store like o'reillys and pump the system up to 15 psi and look for leaks. If there is a leak, it will be pretty evident.

Ok, now through that bottle of Kseal in, it is voodo juice drive the car for five to ten miles. see if it is still leaking. for 15 bucks you might get a good fix till you have the cash and the time to fix it.

if it is the front of your engine the possibilities are water pump most or time chain cover gasket. Most likely water pump gasket. if you fix it throw in the new pump for about 75 bucks. Not a hard fix, except for taking off the freaking fan.

Kseal won't help the water pump will it? If it does, I would guess it's Very short term fix.

Here is the weep hole mentioned before. This is NOT a Land Rover Pump, but the hole will be similar:

Thanks fellas! I'll grab some kseal on the way home this evening and try that. The dogs will enjoy going for a ride when I get home, anyway. I'm guessing I can just add it into the coolant reservoir, right? I'll try and post again this evening after my drive.

On a side note... SuperSport, where did you get your buttons in the sig pic? The Pirate button, oil slick, and invisiblility mode? I'd like to have one that is an ejection seat button.

Directions on these products usually say to add directly to radiator.
