Cold Start - RPM's jump to 2K
Cold Start - RPM's jump to ~2k and hold for a second or two then, drops to a "normal" cold start idle.
Any idea why why this is happening? I can't believe this is normal behavior.

Could be that, idle air control valve, or throttle body heater
