Default Cold Weather Package

So what is included in this and is it worth it. I live in Colorado, with a 98 and my ride seems to run fine. Could most of the parts just be something aftermarket?

I think the cold weather package is the heated seats, mirrors, front and rear windows. My has it and it rocks. The best part is the heated seats.

i dont see the point of the heated mirrors i mean can you get that lazy and not whip off the frost of a mirror of that size. Heated seats on the other hand are NICE.

LOL. I'll tell you what, my Saab has heated mirrors (part of the package) and it is nice. I think the LR has them too, but it hasn't been cold enough to try them out.

For Canadians the Cold Climate Package comes standard with the "Canada only package" which consists of; Engine Block Heater,Heated Windsreen,Heated Seats,Heated Mirrors,Daytime Running lights,Child Seat Tether Anchors, and also No Charge option Java black Paint(all models) and Lightstone Leather Seats(SE models) if wanted. Here's the kicker,I put my Discovery in storage for the winter, and drive a $400 rusty Toyota Corolla so the Discovery won't get distroyed by all the salt.My wife says I have to park the Toyota on the street because it's such an eyesore that it might bring down our property value!
