Never had a problem with my 99, yet I see others that have, so, who's to say.

I think it has to do with how often you lock the truck.

I have often wondered about that also but I lock mine a couple times a day and she is 10 years old.

I lock mine twice a day, but how often is he locking his? Somebody who is locking their truck 10 times a day 7 days a week...just a thought.
I think the same thing with the window regulators too though.

Did you call me? My phone has not rang. No voicemail tone. I'll check though.

I have an '03, and my driver door does the same thing. It will lock with the remote, but not unlock. Pretty annoying. The left rear door did the same thing, got it fixed. Dont feel like spending the cash to get this one fixed now. Spending too much to get things fixed on this vehicle.

After I got Irma fixed, the back passenger side door stopped working with the key fob. It also doesn't work with the lock button inside the truck either.

I think I saw in an above post that it's called a door actuator? Is this hard to fix?
