ok guys is 96 disco parts compatible with 97 up to 99 disco 1 parts

Just about everything.
It would be easier to say yes or no if you had something specific in mind.
But the easiest way for you to get an accurate answer about something specific would be to look the part up on one of the Rover parts suppliers web site and see if it crosses those years.

ok thanks anti and i just got a email from guy and he said it has a low oil pressure what chould it be

Same as any engine. Worn pump, leak in oil cooler line, worn bearings, faulty pressure sender, faulty gauge.
