Default Coolant Level

I look to be about an inch below the correct coolant level. Can I just top off or should I flush and refill totally?

And what recommend fluids?

Are you having to add coolant, loosing any? If not fill your coolant bottle to the top one morning before you start your truck, let the truck do the rest.
Mine stays right below the cap and never moves.

I'm not sure what brand to coolant is being run, I assume whatever the dealer put in. Is it O.K. to mix different brands?

Thanks

No, you can not mix them, this will cause head gasket issues. What color is your coolant, should be an orange color, not yellow or green.

GREAT! I put in some yellow to top off. It had orange in it. Looks like I'm draining today. What kind should I put in now since I need to drain it? Chemical flush as well? And is this a morning job of can it be done warm?

thanks
