Of course can't find any threads where Mike mentions filling up to the top, but I promise I've read it several times Someone please correct me if I have read incorrectly.

I think I found my leak. Cant really tell exactly where its coming from, its just a really slow leak. Next time I drive it I will try to see where its coming from hot. Any common spot in this area. It kind of looks like the crimp in the radiator or out the screw hole.

No Rob your correct. Mike has said that more than once. I keep mine at the full cold line...uh well...because. I go to work before sun up and I everyday or so open my hood set my little flash light on the coolant tank so I can see the level. I'm running peak (green stuff) and it is very hard to see in the coolant tank. Was that to much info?

clean it up and do as you stated. See if you can see it seeping out. Then if no go back and look when cold. Nice pic, that's the line I mentioned and they do break.

The radiator tanks do develop leaks, it should not be leaking there. That thin plastic hose is prone to cracking and breaking, also the plastic nipple it attaches to on the radiator tank.
When (not if) that plastic hose breaks you can replace it with 5/16" heater hose from Napa.

I need to get it heated up and make it leak. Its been slow enough that I havent seen any running down the side of the radiator, but I do see a bit of residue there. Could be a crack in the hard line. will post back after heating it up.

Okay, found it. In the center of the puddle in the picture there is a crack thinner than a piece of hair about 1/8 to 3/16 long. You cant even see it untill the car gets up to operating temps for a while, then it slowly starts to seep. What are my options for fixing this piece of plastic? JB weld? new radiator? or dont worry about, its probably losing tablespoon of coolant per 100mile commute. any thoughts?

My thoughts are do you want to risk your engine for a $150 leaking radiator?
You can try a jb weld repair but my feeling is that it's just a bandaid.

I agree, if there is any danger in it getting any bigger then yes to a new radiator. Where can you get one for $150?
