What is the proper way to purge the Coolant System on a 2000 Disco II?

Mike, Thanks for the help today I'll finish it up tomorrow I did what you said and I went further this time but it still over heated came let it cool did a few time will let it sit over night and start after work Monday. And besides I may have to send it back to that shop so I better get limber again LOL....

Mike,
Just so you know the Land Rover Shop I took it to did that chemical test and a few other things. Crakced engine block the shop that did the work the first time screwed things up real bad they are getting me a list of things to get to them to help get some of my money back since I think they did it. Man what an adventure new will cost 5K installed....
