Your english is hard to understand...you are leaking coolant, your mechainc says it is a bad head gasket, you think it is the radiator, is this right?

I told mechanic I believe coolant is leaking from radiator and he said it's not worth it change
radiator because I have head gasket blown. he says top hose over radiator is hard that is not normal.

Your mechainc pressure tested the cooling system and said bad head gaskets? AND bad raiator?
How many miles are on the truck?

It is possible to have a bad head gasket. If your radiator had a leak, and caused it to overheat, it could pop a gasket, and possibly the motor.

A hard upper hose would not indicate a blown head gasket, though. Just means your system is holding pressure, indicating nothing is wrong.

If you can see a leak in the radiator, replace it. Then have the cooling system tested by another shop. That will give you a second opinion.

You need to have the cooling system pressure tested to pinpoint the leak.
Yes a overpressurized radiator hose can be a sign of a blown headgasket, but the cooling system really needs to be pressure tested to know for 100%.

Probably is a head gasket, putting this with his other thread, hes probably is getting combustion gasses in his cooling system as well as pressurizing his crankcase causing the huge leak he reported in the other post.
