My 1998 D1 did not come w/ owners manual. So sorry for the basic questions. I'm looking for one on Ebay.
1) What is the process of bleeding the engine after removing some coolant. I need to check/change the thermostat.
2) What type and quantity of transmission fluid does the D1 require? Is there a torque converter drain? What is the amount to fill a dry tranny?
3) What fluid/qty for the transfer case?
4)My rig has a warped rear rotor. Not sure if it can be turned yet or not, but I'll probably replace. I actually haven't checked the parts stores yet, is there a decent source you would recommend?
Thank you.

1. On top of the radiator next to the battery is a plug about 22mm
in size with it cold pull the plug and add coolant to the rad jug as you do it will push most of the air out.
In the jug you will see what looks to be a plus (+) you need to fill to
this mark plus or minus a little cold.
2. The trans uses Dex III (3) or compatible.
If you use the drain plug it takes 4.1/2 qts, no torque converter
drain. It must be checked cold and stay between the two marks
in neutral add from there with filter change about 1/2 qt more.
3.GL-5 90w or GL-5 80w90.
It takes about 1.75 qts
