Default Crappy Rear Door Trim

On the exterior of my Disco, there is a piece of plastic trim that fits in between the door and the cargo area window (the door post area), it's called a rear door side trim. Due to weather exposure, this thing has cracked and is flopping in the wind. I pulled it off and can't understand how to install a new one. Can someone shed some light on this?

On mine I just stuck it back down with some silicon sealant and it's still in place.

You need to remove the interior trim around the cargo area windows to get to the bolts that retain the C pillar trim.

Thanks, gents. I already tried the silicone method without success and it looks like crap. I'll have to try removing the interior panels.
