Default Cross Country Trip - Suggested service or maintenance?

I'm talking the LR ('00 Disco II, 120k miles) from Colorado to central Kentucky at the end of the month and was curious if there is any service or maintenance you guys would suggest before a trip like this. Should be about 1,000 miles each way.

I presently drive the vehicle about 60 miles per day, and I'm current with all the regular maintenance. I did a pretty big service which included trans filter & fluid, valve cover gaskets, trans pan gasket, plugs, belt, all idler & tensioner pulleys, wires, transfer case fluid, etc. a few months ago.

I don't have any nagging issues at the moment other than leaking differential seals which I'm soon to be replacing. Other than that, the truck runs great, it seems to leak a very small amount of oil (oil pan perhaps?) but the level doesn't drop noticeably on the dipstick between changes, so I've left it.

Coolant temp while driving (monitored through the Android Torque app) is a solid 194, and never gets above 200F in standing traffic. Head gaskets have never been replaced, but engine and cooling system seem solid.

I'm curious if there's anything I might be missing that you guys would look at / replace before a drive like this. Thanks in advance.

Just did the trip from Cali to NY pulling a trailer. I would say as long as your cooling system is up to par you should be good. I rebuilt the drive shafts and did fluids just in case. Oh an an ultragauge is always handy. I carried an extra thermostat, fuses, duct tape, bottle of coolant and oil. Oh and course a basic set of tools.
