hi all ...its been a while. i need imput on the current generation of code readers that will access the abs mod ....yes its 3 amigos time. i bought a pc code reader from shop obd2.com and it dosent work. at all on anything the unit was dead on arrival and i got screwed....anyway who knows the least inexpensive way to get into this thing. i know do a search. i have i am looking for anything new. thanks guys i allmost rolled into a creek yesterday and am convinced i would not have had to call my jeep friend to pull me off a boulder if the traction control worked....

 

This model came reccomended by member Prof63. It's the Autel AL619, you can pick it up on Amazon fairly inexpensively.

i saw that and heard stories that the update is required and is a huge pain does anyone have first hand knowledge with this reader ?
