Did you install a CDL t/case or modify the 03 case?

 

Looks like a beast! Where are the sliders? lol- See plently of road dents... looking like it's had some adventures- I love the stuff on it just from the picture- bumper, rack, wheels... etc.

Add more pictures, info- What is the mileage? Bad vin range? Head gaskets done, etc...

 

I will be Building sliders next. If anyone has a link to some good ideas i would appreciate it. I am having a hard time figuring out the best way to bend the rock sliders to the bottom of the door radius. Any ideas would be good. My Rover has 91,000 on it right now. I have not done the head gasket yet.I have not done Tcase yet but very soon I will be putting in an 04 transfer case. I will add more pictures soon. Any thing that you would like to know of the build just let me know what pictures you want to see.

 

Any chance you can post your sketches? A friend of mine owns a shop that makes elevator doors and he said he could fab a bumper for me. I could use your sketch as a starting point for my bumper.
