Default Custom Radiator for D2 with SAP

Okay so it seems that my Radiator is weeping between the plastic bit and the aluminium on the drivers side of the radiator, I have been looking at replacements from Atlantic British and Rovers North but I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that does full aluminium radiators around the Philly area and if so how much? I saw people on the forum talking about K-Seal but I don't know how comfortable I'd be with putting that stuff in my Disco as I'd rather only replace a radiator and not the heater core as well.

I used the K-Seal in my wifes Volvo, works GREAT!!
But the DII radiator is cheap and easy to replace unlike her Volvo.
Just buy a replacement, the plastic radiators cannot be rebuilt.

Thank guys,

Savannah, have you bought (or know someone) who got a radiator from Affordable Radiators? I just have to wonder why they can sell them for so cheap?

There is good and there is cheap, for the sake of not harming your engine, don't get cheap, it will cost you more in the long run when it fails.

"If it is too good to be true, it normally is". I'll probably go with British Pacific or Atlantic British.

Thanks for the input guys.

You might want to contact a local radiator shop and see what they can get for you also.

I just ordered a Hella radiator from Justin at Lucky8 and it was $208 including shipping. Atlantic British wants $315 or $318 + shipping. The radiators from Affordable Radiators are Chinese, have no brand, and cost $150 + shipping, it just isn't worth it.

Dam, I ordered one from British Pacific already for $238 with shipping. Oh well, I'll know for next time to check Lucky8 first.

I figured Affordable Radiators were Chinese. There is no ways in hell I am putting Chinese made stuff in my Land Rover (probably can't avoid electronics though but dam it I'll try). Hell I drove an hour out of my way to an Advanced Auto parts because all the shops around me only stocked Chinese made U-joints.
