Custom Rear Steel Bumper Completed w/ HLC Tire Carrier Video Drool On!
#11
Na I will never sell them. I'm tired of metal dust in my nose and hair and even at a $1000 would still be loosing money on the time. Plust it requires the person to cut their rover rear quater panels off. Kinda scary at first. Its kind of a DIY design, but definitely saved me some money and there is not another one like it.
Now I'm in the middle of my CDL install. Ugg. If the front output would only come out! I'm going in for the second round of wiggling.

Good job. A decent test will be when a car hits it from behind.
Hopefully that car will bend and your bumper will not.
My D2 has cracked plastic over the bumper where someone hit it under the guide of the previous owner.
Our D1 has an impact at the tail light lens where a gas station cement filled pole provided a solid stationary object to hit whilst backing up in the dark.
I could try to remove the bumper and pound out the dent-- Not sure if I could budge it or not. I have a 5 pound hammer that I use for the fan nut.
