Default Cylinder 4 Misfire, and Its Definitely Misfiring

Hey all, I just bought another 2003 Discovery with about 130k miles on it. It runs fine when cold, but runs rough and throws a check code indicating a misfire when it warms up. It also threw an injector 4 open circuit code and P1319. It definitely is misfiring and feels like it’s under powered. I’ve already ran injector cleaner through it, and the spark plug wires look like they are relatively new. I’m prepared to pull the intake off and take a look at cylinder 4’s injector. I will check the spark plugs first of course and possibly the compression. However, I figured I would post here to see if someone has some advice before I dig in. As always, any input is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
