Cylinder 6&8 misfire

Passenger side cylinder misfire
My in-laws 1999 Disco developed a engine misfire or 2. It has 85,000 miles.
I read in the forums and took the advice to do tune-up things first. Last night I installed kingsborne 8mm wires(same as I put in my 03 over the winter) and didn't changes the plugs(local parts store closes early on Sunday). I started it up today and I'm getting 3 codes. Cylinder 6 and 8 and the code for multiple misfires.
I should also say that before the wires were installed I'm pretty sure I had misfiring on cylinders on bank 1 too. I can't remember exactly which one and it appears I threw the sheet away that I wrote it on.
I still haven't gotten plugs for it, but I did look at 6 and 8 and they were darker brown and # 4 was lighter in color. They were orig champion plat I think. I swapped 4 with 6 and still got the code for cylinder 6 and 8.
I have also double checked my connections at the coil along with making sure the order was right. I have done a lot of reading on the forums and in Rave, but now I’m not sure which direction to look.
My understanding is that 6 and 8 fire off different coils. Could both be bad? I also read about Disco's "wasted spark" system, but cylinders 6 and 8 are not linked.
Lastly I should say that I typed all this once before and lost it when I installed the spell check module for the forum. My fault for sure. I'm just saying it probably read a little better the first time. My 18 month old (teething) little guy has been tugging at me too. He just wants "Jillies" ride back running (that's what he calls her, long story).
Thanks,
Scott

Update:
Picked up another cylinder. # 4 misfire now too. So that 4, 6, and 8. Bad 02 sensor on bank 2?
I'm sure at the milage the front 2 replaced isn't all bad, but I still need to solve the problem. What if I switch the front 2? could that show me that the 02 is bad if the problem moves to bank 1? I also plan to change the plugs tonight too.

update
Update again.
I found the sheet that I wrote the codes on before. As it turns out the misfire codes from before the wireset was installed was only from the passenger side cylinders.
Prior codes:
P0306
P1300
P0308
P0304
After wires
P1300
P0308
P0306
P0300
P0304
P0306
P0308
A few of them repeated for some reason.
