By your question, you are not very mechanicaly knowledgable.
Be specific, what exactly happened to your engine, how many miles on it and how do you knopw something has seized?

Wow, a little harsh with the judgement aren't we!! I figured it out no help to you or your SUPER MODERATOR status. I was missing the front head bolts that were sludged over, and both heads come to find out have pinholes and leak internally.

You had better learn real quick, I have forgotten more then you know about engines and based on your question, you may more may not be very mechanical.
Post another statement like this and you will be removed from the forum.
In the future, as already mentioned, if you want a good answer ne a whole hell of a lot more specific.
