Can anybody tell me this? I found a loose yellow wire in the same loom with two connectors to the alarm ecu. It has a metal tab on the end like it should be in one of the connectors.

I can not for the life of me find it in the wiring diagram.

Still looking for a non-working radio for a 96 D1

I have the same wire disconnected on my 96 DI. If you found the answer, please let me know!

 

Weird....Mine also has also had the *same* wire disconnected since I bought the truck. It's a yellow wire, under the dash, by the kick panel, of the passengers side footwell area on my US spec 96' Disco. Odd that we'd all have the same wire pulled out. Unfortunately I also have no idea what it's for either. At least now I don't have to worry as much since there's more people out there like this.
