I've seen this question asked a few times in Google, but I haven't found any good answers. Does anyone know if its possible to mount a D1 brush guard on a D2?

I found one on CL, which is pretty rare in these parts. It could use a blast/powder coat job but I want to make sure it will fit without major modifications(cost).

 

It does fit. Check out the brush guard decal thread for details. Just finished mine yesterday. Make sure the welds on the brackets are still good.

 

Better yet if you can get the mounts that you install within the frame or crush cans.
