^I've dyno quattro audi's. they do make special dyno's for 4x4's
op I've got 117K on my clutch everything is good and smooth. the sun roofs are nice to have. Ive got them and never use them. and when i do get a roof rack I'm going to get the SD low one since i think it looks better and i don't use them anyway. but the extra light is cool. alot of people have problems with their sunroofs leaking. if i were you, id go with the older one... i just cant see buying 200,000 mile truck and not expect problems.
test drive both of them, that will make up your mind.

Mine has dual sunroofs.
I'd go with the 94. Sunroof leaks are a chronic problem on them and they'll quickly ruin the headliner and contribute to rusting under the floor mats.
Life of the clutch is a wearing part. Just like brakes will last a lot longer for someone who downshifts vs. someone who drives with their left foot on on the brake pedal, the clutch life is really user dependent. I have a bit over 250k on mine, have replaced the clutch once, but that was only because I had it open to replace the release bearing.
Where are you located, I might be interested in the one you don't buy. Especially if you don't buy the '94.

Well the saga is over, I will not be getting either vehicle. Besides the typical rust in the rear door area, both rear pans were rusted through. The 95 had good leather, 5 speed jump seats and rear air, its issues: Sunroof leaks, safari window leaks, antifreeze coming out head gasket, no AC, reverse light circuit out (failed inspection) hit in rear quarter, the 94 was otherwise ok but hidden rust and too near major service/parts replacement to make the jump. I can do mechanical but not experienced with body work.
I strongly believe I made the right decision for me with invaluable info from all the good reading I do here.
If interested in either vehicle, one is in southern MA and another in Northern MA near NH border. I will send you info and links. Each could be had for 1000 - 1500 price range.
