For reasons concerning my idiocy that I would rather not get in to right now I mangled a lugnut cap and dinged up the actual lugnut itself while removing it. My local junkyard has a couple of D1’s and I’m not bothered by appearances in my truck right now. Plus shipping is taking forever from vendors (understandably not prioritizing shipping for my hobby). Can I grab a lugnut off a D1 junker for my D2 with 16” wheels?

If you can't wait for mail order then give a local NAPA, AutoZone, Advance, etc a call.
See if they have a Dorman 611-233 in stock...you might get lucky.
