So I got the mounting kit in today, and of course one part is different than the 2 photos and install instructions I've seen of this kit. In the photo the 6 pieces (in 3 different colors) all have a U cutout on top. The parts that came in today do not have this cutout, and there are only 2 colors instead of the 3. I at least have the brown. Has anyone gotten a mounting kit recently with this new part? How did it install?

 

I have the same kit and it has all of the items in it which are shown in that picture... how much did you pay for yours?

Are you going to be installing it yourself? It seems as though it could be tricky, I was going to have the dealer do it but they were going to charger $150 for it.
