Default D2 Grill Makeover

I've been looking for an aftermarket grill for my 2003 D2 but there is nothing available that looks good. I saw one on Ebay that a guy in UK does but didn't want to spend $350 + Int'l shipping. I figured I could do it myself...so here's the final product without emblem yet.

Took a while but I think it looks good. Whatya think?

That looks really nice. What did you use to drill the holes?

This is the original D2 grill. I used a #6 countersink bit with a stop on it so I could get the same depth on each hole. I re-drilled the center holes with a larger bit after I countersinked all of them. The size of center hole is probably personal pref. I made the template on the computer and then printed it out on cardstock then used a sharp awl to mark each hole prior to drilling. Give yourslef some time...this was about a 10 hour project.
