Hey Folks , a few queries regarding D2 , 2004 headlights.
Firstly are the 2 bolts plus the 3rd Torx screw still available from LR & does anyone have part numbers?
Secondly the grill has 3 plastic Philips screws that holds the grill in place , again any part numbers ?
I think there are about 4 covers that holds the bulbs in place , again are these covers available plus part numbers.
Neighbour removed his headlight and the 2 screws they just seem to screw into the actual cross plate which is threaded , is this right ?
Lastly can the headlight bolts can they be replaced by plastic inserts and fasteners as just worried in time they will seize or loose the pre threaded thread on the plate.

I've replaced all the headlight mounting bolts with normal M6 bolts.
Also the 3 plastic screws or whatever holding the grille, I've replaced those with rivnuts and again just normal M6 bolts.
If You want to search for original bolts and stuff for those, start from here

I bought this on Temu the other day, just for giggles. Surprisingly useful for $4. Used the plugs for the rear bumper finishers, the A pillar trim, the interior door panels, some Porsche trim. It has proven a useful kit to have around.
