Default D2 immobilizer

my D2 wont start and i believe it is an issue with the immobilizer. was able to start it using the default code of 1515 n the door. it ran for awhile but then when exiting the vehicle the horn went on and off and it would not start again. i have a Hawkeye and now have the correct code for my vehicle. Howver, now there is no power to the door locks so i am unable to enter it. how do i get power back to the door locks so i can enter the code? also, the starter is now making a clicking sound indicating a problem.

sounds overly simple but check battery and connections. My white one will act kind of like this if the battery gets low or one of the terminals gets crusty, makes you think immobilizer and starter when really the battery is on the edge of dead.

edit: even with no power you should be able to unlock the driver door and pop the hood and get a charger on the battery.

The hot connection is brand new. I will tighten up or replace the negative. I did notice that if I follow the hot lead to the started, it seems to be a bit loose at the starter. I am going to disconnect it and clean it up and get it tightened up. I'm really hoping it is that simple.

Check battery level as well. Each time I had it act weird, I jumped it with another car or a battery box and it fired up just fine..fingers crossed it's simple.
