I believe that's another thing altogether. Mine had your problem, and I filled the hole with RTV Sealant, added a fiber washer, put the screw back, and it's been about a year since and no sign of leakage.
At $1100, you might want to try tackling these things yourself too. The radiator can be bought brand new for anywhere from $150-$400, depending on brand, quality, etc... Labor is a couple hours.
