Default Dash Curl

Looking for information/parts to replace my upper dash on my disco. It’s warped away from the plastic radio surrounds and would rather just replace the whole top of it to correct this issue. Seems nearly impossible to obtain a dash these days

Same here - front is solved via dash hold down kit but not how to remedy this bad boy.

First read through this thread and look for the word "Aquaseal".

Good luck and please learn how to use the advanced search of this forum. There is so much knowledge here that almost any issue you come across already has a solution.

I had decent success in gluing mine down along the windshield. I used e6000 adhesive and wedged sticks between the headliner and dash. For the curl you have there you might try splinting it from below with a piece of flat stock steel if there is room. Glue it up and hold it in place with weight, see what you get.

Replacing the dash isn't as hard a job as one would think. I did mine a couple of years ago following the instructions in the Rave manual - not bad at all. I also picked up another nice spare dash from a local Pick and Pull for $60 in case I end up having to doit again later down the road...
