Default Did clearing codes fix my sai?

So I did the option b fix for my 3 amigos, but I forgot to clear the abs codes. So a few days later, boom, lights back on. Doh. So I cleared the abs codes and while I was at it I cleared the Sai codes that had been popping up since I got the truck (p1412/p1415). Before, especially on a colder day, when I started the truck for the first time it sounded like there was an industrial vacuum in the engine bay for 30seconds or so. Now, that sound isn't happening anymore. Also, those codes are no longer popping up. I assumed that the codes would have come back if there was still a problem present. I feel like I still have to have an issue with my sai, but maybe not?

No, clearing codes for SAI did not repair issue. If the pump isn't coming on anymore, this will set codes. Codes do not immediately reset on SAI, sometimes it can be a week or so between check engine light appearing.
