Here is my estimate:
Setting up on lift - 15 mins
Steering damper guard - 1 hour (being conservative as I have not sure what you have)
Diff guards - 30 mins (assuming bolt on and not the weld on type)
Fuel tank guard - 1 hour (being conservative depending on whether you have the hitch bracket and rear steps)
Drag link rod install - 1/2 hour
We are looking at 3.25 hours. No idea where you are from. Shop rates could range anywhere from $80 to $125 per hour. Looks to be in the ball park.

You got ripped...
I would have done it for free just to meet the man behind the legend.
It's not everyday you meet a guy that manages to run his rover out of fuel, travel down a hill coasting for 7 miles making his truck have near infinite fuel mileage...AND THEN drop his tank on the ground because he couldn't put something under it.
What an honor it would have been.

Then I saw who the OP was and I thought "Oh... It's David again."

while installing all those parts is pretty easy and straight forward, if you had to pay to have them all installed, $500.00 seems a fairly reasonable. a little high, maybe, but within range of shop rates around me.
