Default Did option B. Now left with 1 lonely Amigo

I did the option B fix. Hill descent and TC lights are gone, but the ABS light remains. My scan tool does not show any error codes. What gives? (Scan tool has ability to read ABS codes and had a shuttle valve electrical failure code which lead me to the option B fix)

Did you clear codes anyway?

I've had this happen, and after shutting off and restarting it clears itself.

Have you driven it? Sometimes you have to drive over 8 miles an hour with some ABS systems to clear codes. The system has to sense wheel speed to see if everything is okay, before making code inactive.

Like I’ve mentioned before, if you clear the ABS faults & then start up the D2 you will have just the ABS light on. You must move the D2 (normally 100ft or so) then the ABS Sensors will send info to the SLABS Unit & once it see’s activity from the 4 ABS wheel sensors the light will go out.

Thank you all for the reply. I didn’t drive it because I hadn’t put everything back together. I did what was suggested and sure enough, an ABS sensor code popped up. I’ll try to pull it and clean it up.

I pulled the front right sensor and cleaned it. It didn’t look too dirty but did have some bits of metal on it. Drove it around the block and now 3 amigos are gone!
