Did you see dirty lifestyle ?
Yeah, at 6:22 they show the rear shock with clearly a reservoir, I just emailed him to see what it is.
Edit- he did mention its a 4 or 6" inch lift (all done by the PO is seems)

I was super pumped on this work when it first started then he got to the end and he didn't gain any suspension travel (not really) and his driveline is going to be a disaster. He has a center pumpkin and a pass side drop front diff but it's still not lined up well. Also let's be serious 37s and a stock rover motor is going to be useless on the highway, gearing be damned just not enough power. Just doing tons for the sake of tons is kind of useless. Better axle options out there that weigh less and won't stress the driveline near as bad and are still significantly stronger than the rover set up.
He's running bilstien 7100s on the new set up but I think I saw the box and they are only 10" of travel in the front. If that's true that's a shame. Can run that without even binding the stock radius arms...

I am with you on that ... sharing the vid just for the work on the bumper .. so someone can learn or gain some tip if they need it.
For me the less on the rig is always better ... keep things light and smart as much as possible .. 2” lift with 33” or even 31” can take you around the world .. it will cover 95% of any terrain.. unless you want to be weekend worrier.. maybe most people like the great look of heavy full loaded 4x4 that has it all and ready for anything and everything... mods everywhere that cost tons of $ ... am not saying that is not nice if you have the money and its legal in your area .. nothing is wrong with that ... at the end every one can do what he likes and makes him happy .. but for me personally i only go with what i really need and use. I keep it simple and light.
