Default Is this the Diff Lock?

Guys, I just looked on top of my 2001 Transfer Case and it appears I DO have the diff lock? This is it right?

SWEET! I've read the threads about adding a D1 tcase to a D2 etc, etc. I guess all I need is the shifter and cable?

And plenty of time if you've never taken the tunnel cover out before.

OK - this might be a fun project then, turns to the left of the truck to engage?

So, are you going with a D1 or 04 shifter set up?

I guess neither. I just built a level for about $5 and it works pretty well. It's under the truck but extends out past the frame so I can reach it while standing next to the truck, instead of having to climb under it. I only have about an hour into this and I'll post a video in a little bit.

That will work. However, as the t-case must be in neutral, make sure you're truck doesn't roll away as you get out to lock the diff! And it could be messy if you are in the mud.
