What is the difference between these two manuals? I want to be sure Im using the proper manual.

1. Land Rover Discovery Series 2 Workshop Manual 1999-2003 MY

2. Discovery Series II WORKSHOP MANUAL - 1999MY ON

 

I use the second one that you posted- I took a quick look inside and it is marked “Publication Part No. VDR 100330 NAS (6)“ So it seems to have a higher number, I don’t know if “higher number” means “more recent.” It’s also copyright 2003 if that helps at all.

 

Hi I use them both but there are differences, one is V8 based and has 1529 pages, the one I used most has 1672 pages and has more TD5 info,
